Chi siamo

ConducTor è un gioco di A Lonely Bear. Per qualsiasi domanda sulla privacy scrivi a support@alonelybearstudio.com.

Dati che il gioco raccoglie

Nessuno. Il gioco non chiede di registrarsi, non mostra pubblicità, non usa servizi di analisi o di segnalazione automatica degli errori e non contiene strumenti di tracciamento di terze parti.

Dati salvati sul tuo telefono

Il gioco salva sul tuo dispositivo, e solo lì:

• i progressi: livelli completati, stelle, torri, abilità e potenziamenti;
• le impostazioni: lingua, volumi, vibrazione e le spiegazioni già viste.

Questi dati non lasciano il telefono. Puoi cancellarli in qualsiasi momento con Impostazioni → Azzera progressi, cancellando i dati dell'app dalle impostazioni di Android, oppure disinstallando il gioco.

Segnalare un bug

Il pulsante Segnala un bug apre la tua app di posta con un messaggio già indirizzato a noi, che contiene la versione del gioco e del sistema operativo. Il gioco non spedisce niente da solo: vedi il testo, puoi modificarlo e decidi tu se inviarlo.

Se ci scrivi, riceviamo il tuo indirizzo email e quello che hai scritto. Li usiamo solo per risponderti e per correggere il problema, non li condividiamo con nessuno e li cancelliamo quando non servono più, o prima se ce lo chiedi.

Permessi

• Vibrazione: per la breve vibrazione quando una nota raggiunge il pubblico. Si spegne dalle impostazioni o dalla pausa.
• Accesso a Internet: lo aggiunge il motore del gioco (Unity). ConducTor non lo usa per inviare dati.

Google Play

Lo scaricamento e gli aggiornamenti del gioco passano da Google Play, che tratta i dati secondo la propria informativa sulla privacy.

Minori

Il gioco non è pensato in modo specifico per i minori di 13 anni e non raccoglie dati personali di nessuno, compresi i minori.

I tuoi diritti

Secondo il Regolamento europeo sulla protezione dei dati (GDPR) puoi chiedere di accedere ai dati che ci hai mandato via email, di correggerli o di cancellarli, scrivendo a support@alonelybearstudio.com. Puoi anche presentare un reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Modifiche

Se il gioco cambierà, per esempio con l'arrivo di acquisti in-app, aggiorneremo questa pagina e la data in alto prima della nuova versione.

In short: ConducTor does not collect, send or share any personal data. There are no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking. Your progress stays on your phone.

Who we are

ConducTor is a game by A Lonely Bear. For any privacy question, write to support@alonelybearstudio.com.

Data the game collects

None. The game does not ask you to sign up, shows no ads, uses no analytics or automatic crash reporting services, and contains no third-party tracking tools.

Data stored on your phone

The game stores on your device, and only there:

• your progress: completed levels, stars, towers, abilities and upgrades;
• your settings: language, volumes, vibration and the hints you have already seen.

This data never leaves your phone. You can delete it at any time with Settings → Reset progress, by clearing the app's data in Android settings, or by uninstalling the game.

Reporting a bug

The Report a bug button opens your email app with a message addressed to us that includes the game and operating system versions. The game sends nothing by itself: you see the text, you can edit it, and you decide whether to send it.

If you write to us, we receive your email address and your message. We use them only to reply and to fix the problem, we never share them, and we delete them when they are no longer needed, or sooner if you ask.

Permissions

• Vibration: for the short buzz when a note reaches the audience. It can be turned off in the settings or the pause menu.
• Internet access: added by the game engine (Unity). ConducTor does not use it to send any data.

Google Play

Downloads and updates go through Google Play, which handles data under its own privacy policy.

Children

The game is not specifically designed for children under 13 and collects no personal data from anyone, children included.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you can ask to access, correct or delete any data you emailed us by writing to support@alonelybearstudio.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or with the authority of your country.

Changes

If the game changes, for example when in-app purchases arrive, we will update this page and the date above before the new version is released.
